1. Purpose
These terms of use (“Terms”) set out how the website agendalgbt.com, published by PRIDE PULSE, is made available and the conditions under which it may be used. By browsing the website, the user accepts these Terms.
2. Access to the service
agendalgbt.com is a free information service that lists and promotes LGBT+ events and venues (parties, bars, drag shows, saunas, Pride marches). Access to the website is free of charge, apart from the user's own internet connection costs. No account is required to browse the website.
PRIDE PULSE endeavours to keep the website available but cannot be held liable for interruptions due to maintenance, the hosting provider or causes beyond its control.
3. Nature of the service and accuracy of information
The website acts as an information intermediary. Data about events and venues (dates, opening hours, prices, ticketing) comes from third-party sources (organisers, partners, community databases). Despite the care taken to keep it up to date, PRIDE PULSE cannot guarantee that this information is accurate or complete and cannot be held liable for last-minute changes (cancellations, changes of time) decided by third-party organisers or venues.
4. Third-party links and services
The website may contain links to third-party websites (ticketing, organisers' official websites, social networks). PRIDE PULSE has no control over these websites and accepts no liability for their content, availability or data practices.
5. Intellectual property
All content produced by Agenda LGBT (texts, editorial guides, logos, layout, code) is the exclusive property of PRIDE PULSE. Any reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.
6. Safe space — zero tolerance
Agenda LGBT is intended to be a safe space. Any abusive behaviour, harassment, hate speech or discriminatory content, in particular through the contact channels, may lead to appropriate measures and, where relevant, a report to the competent authorities.
7. Personal data
How personal data is processed is described in our privacy policy.
8. Liability
PRIDE PULSE endeavours to provide information that is as accurate as possible but cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the website or the inability to access it, nor for decisions taken on the basis of the information it contains.
9. Changes to these Terms
PRIDE PULSE reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force on the date the website is consulted.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts.
