Introduction
This policy describes how PRIDE PULSE, as data controller, collects and processes the data of visitors to the agendalgbt.com website. It applies to the website only. The Agenda LGBT mobile app has its own policy, available from the app stores.
For any question about your data: hello@agendalgbt.com.
Data collected on the website
- Anonymous audience measurement: the website uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. These tools work without cookies and without personal data: visitors are identified by an anonymous technical identifier (a temporary hash) that is automatically deleted after 24 hours. Statistics (page views, country, device type, loading speed) are aggregated and anonymous.
- Contact data: if you write to us at hello@agendalgbt.com, we process your email address and the content of your message for the sole purpose of replying to you.
The website sets no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking.
Information stored in your browser
Without using cookies, the website stores a few technical items in your browser's local storage (localStorage or sessionStorage). They stay on your device, are never sent to our servers or to third parties, and cannot be used to identify you:
- App download banner: the date until which it should not be shown again after being closed or clicked, and a randomly assigned anonymous test group (banner shown or not), so that it is not displayed on every page and its usefulness can be measured.
- Language and city suggestions: whether you dismissed them, so that they are not suggested again.
You can erase this information at any time by deleting the website's data in your browser settings.
Purposes and legal basis
Data is processed to measure the audience and improve the website, and to reply to your requests. The legal basis is PRIDE PULSE's legitimate interest in keeping its service running properly and improving it. In line with the recommendations of the CNIL, the French data protection authority, the privacy-friendly audience measurement tools used here are exempt from consent.
Retention periods
- Audience measurement: session identifier deleted within 24 hours; anonymous aggregated statistics kept in a non-identifying form.
- Information stored in your browser: up to 60 days for the app banner, the duration of the session for the city suggestion, and until you delete it for the rest.
- Contact emails: for as long as needed to handle your request.
Recipients and processors
PRIDE PULSE neither sells nor rents any personal data. Technical audience measurement data is processed by Vercel Inc. (hosting and analytics provider, United States) under appropriate contractual safeguards (the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).
Your rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. You can exercise these rights at any time by writing to hello@agendalgbt.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés, the French data protection authority) — cnil.fr.
