GEGEN BRUSSELS

You were taught to stay quiet. To soften your words.
To hide your accent.
To lower your volume until you became easier to accept. We refuse. Every language.
 Every laugh.
 Every shout across the dancefloor.
Every body that refuses to apologize for taking up space. Your voice is more than something you speak with.
It is your history.
 Your identity.
Your resistance. Tonight, there is no script to follow.
 No role to perform.
No permission to ask for. Speak loudly.
 Dance loudly.
Exist loudly. Not because you need to be heard.
But because you were never meant to disappear. Welcome to GEGEN Brussels. /// TICKETS /// are available through the promo link below the event description. /// DRESSCODE /// /// Embrace the party with vibrant colours, fetish, latex, leather, rubber, sports, shiny, dirty, bare - no casual wear. /// Wear the worst version of yourself with pride.
