Discoquette Halloween : Carrie au Bal Chavaux

The traditional Halloween Discoquette is back to haunt you and is taking on horror films for its latest edition 🎃🧡 Whether you’re more into Psycho, The Exorcist or Midsommar, you’re all invited by Carrie to celebrate the thrills projected onto the big screen 🕷️🕸️ The Ball of Horror will be held at the Bal Chavaux, a former cinema converted into a performance venue 🪦🦇 On the programme: ☽ 𝐀𝐳𝐨 𝐛2𝐛 𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐈𝐈: we’ve brought together two key figures from the European queer scene. Azo, a resident DJ at Kiosk Radio, is the co-founder of the Queer Future Club collective in Brussels, whilst CHERIII, a French expat based in Berlin, has taken his Homodrop nights from the Dalston Superstore to the Panorama Bar ☽ 𝐅𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐢𝐥2000 is a fixture at all the capital’s best parties. The reason? His sharp and effective sets, which perfectly blend dark disco, electro and house. ☽ 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐬: France’s four most gothic drag queers (Gala Maldoror, Loretta, Scott Von Teufel & Stevie Rosebush) will be here to prove just how Marseille undoubtedly boasts one of the most exciting drag scenes around at the moment (hello Lana Cotta). ☽ 𝐊-𝐘𝐨𝐮: our dear Gloria Gaypierre will ditch her wigs and high heels to whip out the best MP3s from her USB stick. ☽ Where there’s cinema, there’s a projectionist, and who better than 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚’𝐊𝐚𝐡, digital artist and member of the FLINTA collective VJ Ctrl-F.
