Afro Queer Feminist Party 14.08
AFRO QUEER FEMINIST Party An evening for lesBian and/or trans people 🌈✨ Event for lesBian & trans people 🌈✨ Come and enjoy the atmosphere in an intimate and welcoming setting ❤️ 2 floors ⚡️ 2 atmospheres • Ground floor with free-to-play games and a chilled vibe Happy Hour 6pm–8pm 🍹 • DJ set in the basement with a dancefloor and a cosy sofa area in a more festive atmosphere ✨ @watrfall_ SHATTA BOUYON HIP-HOP 🔥 --- NO CIS MEN --- due to high footfall on Fridays and Saturdays, we’re restricting access to our allies so they don’t take up space meant for the people this venue is intended for. 🌈 Cab’s core principles 💕 Kindness 💕 Consent 💕 No misogyny 💕 Be mindful of the space you take up / don’t jostle people (80% of disabilities are not visible) 🌈 Practical information & accessibility • There are steps to access Rue de l’Hirondelle via Place St Michel; these can be bypassed via Rue Gît-le-coeur. • A wheelchair-accessible toilet and crutches are available at the bar entrance. • There are no steps to reach the bar to order, but there are two steps to reach the first room on the ground floor, which has 12 wheelchair-accessible seats (bookings available), and one step (with a ramp) to reach the back room, which has 22 wheelchair-accessible seats. • A portable access ramp is available at the bar; the bartenders will be happy to help you set it up. • The performance/DJ set area is located in the basement of the Cabaret des Merveille, which is accessible via two staircases: the first has very high steps; the second is less steep and has a handrail to hold onto, but it is still a full storey down. The bartenders will be happy to assist you if required. There is no lift. • 3M earplugs and noise-cancelling headphones are available free of charge on request at the bar. • Drinks can be served in ergonomic glasses and/or with foldable straws if required. • The volume and lighting levels in the bar can be adjusted independently in each area; the bartenders will be happy to adjust them on request.
