DouceSoeur & DJ Pompompom Friday 27 November - 23:00 Le Makeda, 103 rue Ferrari, 13005 Marseille From the Caribbean to Cape Verde, the bass travels and the hips follow. 🔥 DouceSœur and DJ Pompompom bring their worlds together for a night where letting go leads the dance. Neoperreo, reggaeton, kuduro, funaná and zouk detours: the rhythms cross, bodies loosen up and the temperature rises. Two artists celebrating Afro and queer cultures, with one invitation: come as you are, dance however you like. 🎧 DouceSoeur DouceSœur is a Caribbean mermaid, half high fem, half tonton. A digger at heart, she draws inspiration from everything around her. Her universe is a melting pot of her roots, from 972 to 92, fuelled by early-2000s manga culture and her queer identity. In every one of her mixes, she pays tribute to women and queer people of African descent! Her recipe for a great party: release the tensions of everyday life with plenty of "back it up" and twerk, then finish in style with a nostalgic touch of good old zouk, a fiery salsa or an irresistible dombolo! A set as hot as the Caribbean sea. From neoperreo to bailerave, DouceSœur carries you away on an intoxicating, vibrant wave of sound.
