Concert: Obsydya & Blue ‡ Laïka
OBSYDYA: Obsydya is a self-taught artist who blends electronic pop, performance art and drag culture. Drawing on influences from pop, new wave, glam, disco and French Touch, Obsydya explores identity, gender and self-reinvention. Their artistic approach blends music, visuals and staging, turning each track into a work of art in its own right.
Drag and ballroom culture constitute another key point of reference, particularly for their ability to transform the body, movement and clothing into tools of self-affirmation and reappropriation. The history of these scenes, documented in *Paris Is Burning*, resonates with Obsydya’s interest in performance as a space for self-creation, but also as a place where relationships with the gaze of others, with norms and with a sense of belonging are negotiated.
Obsydya is back today with ‘Fantasy’, a track influenced by disco, house and the French Touch in the vein of Daft Punk and Paradis, which opens a new chapter in her musical journey. Blending electronic groove with a longing for elsewhere, the track explores the desire to become an idealised version of oneself, as well as a sense of loss and romantic projection. This evolution in sound builds on an interest in the worlds of electronic pop and club culture, where the euphoria of dance can become a space for escape, reinvention and emancipation.

BLUE ‡ LAÏKA: An eclectic queer producer from Grenoble, Blue ‡ Laïka crafts melancholic electropop, blending danceable beats with unapologetic vulnerability, turning her music into a space for transformation and freedom.
The hyperactive daughter of Caroline Polachek and St Graal, renowned for her infectious energy on stage, explores the sensitive areas of identity with sincerity, using her emotions and her experience as a trans person as raw artistic material.
Featuring ‘Le Ciel’ and ‘Retour de Scène’, her debut EP *Shades of Blue*, released in April 2026, is conceived as an inner journey through the many shades of blue, a metaphor for the moods she experiences, and is accompanied by a tour of around a dozen dates, including support slots for Pony Pony Run Run and MPL, and appearances at the Magic Bus (Suzane, Adèle Castillon...) and Rock’n Poche (Mosimann, Ultra Vomit...).
