All Good 001 : Kiddy Smile + Nick V + Pops

All Good 001: Kiddy Smile + Nick V + Pops To kick off this new All Good series, Kiddy Smile, Nick V and Pops are joining forces behind the decks for a generous, sun-drenched night. KIDDY SMILE Kiddy Smile stands at the intersection of rhythm and resistance. Rooted in Chicago house and ballroom culture, his sound is both physical and political – a dancefloor that speaks for itself. His signature track ‘Let a Bitch Know’, released on Defected, has become a queer anthem from the French suburbs, a call for freedom wrapped in basslines and defiance. NICK V Founder of the La Mona parties and curator of the House Of Riviera compilations, Nick V is a DJ whose reputation is well established. Primarily House, Nick’s sets also incorporate Disco and Techno, and his feel for the dancefloor has enabled him to build a solid reputation both in France and internationally. A recognised music curator, vinyl remains his medium of choice – a passion and a collection he has been nurturing since 1984, spanning the eras and movements of dance music. POPS A collector of memories and records, Pops crafts selections that are adventurous, contemplative or downright danceable. Blending soul, Italo, disco and house with dreamy, groovy textures, she builds hybrid sets that create a real vibe on the dancefloor.
A refined, curious and discerning style.
