WHAT’S IT ALL ABOUT? 31 October is the monsters’ party, so it’s our party. CyberQueer is transforming the Cirque Électrique into a rainbow factory of digital nightmares. These aren’t just gigs; it’s a ghost train hurtling along at 240dB, fuelled by beer brewed from the tears of fascists. Bring your white supremacist along! ILEL ELIL (hyper techno pop) and TATA BAND·E (queer punk) will spill their blood on the dancefloor, where the demons TEDAAK (queer techno punk) and BLOOD DRINKER (electropunk performance) will perform the howling rites of the damned of the flesh: a delicious homosexual hypnosis. Everything is turned upside down. The old new world never stops dying and giving birth to techno-fascist death. But behind the black screen, Life calls to us. Thus, We, the enfants terribles of horror, We, the CyberQueer, proclaim Life here and now, amidst the thumping din, the oestrogen syringes and the burning wedding dresses.
