Plage de l'Espiguette

Located 40 kilometres from Montpellier and 50 kilometres from Nîmes, it is one of the largest gay gatherings in the whole of the south of France. The Espiguette gay beach is situated in the heart of one of the most beautiful spots on the Mediterranean coast, between sky and earth, dunes and pine forests, lagoons and vineyards. It is a magnificent beach of golden sand, with dunes and copses offering seclusion. In summer, the place is very busy, offering plenty of opportunities for casual gay encounters. But this comes at a price: traffic jams! Make sure you bring some water.
